摘要
阐述集成电路测试课程的特点,集成电路测试教学中的问题,探讨课程教学与产业发展相融合,包括树立职业目标、采用企业教培模式、以实际工作需求为导向,以项目实践驱动课程教学。通过整合、调试器件工艺参数使学生直观地掌握工艺对参数的影响,参数反馈对工艺的控制。
This paper expounds the characteristics of the integrated circuit test course,the problems in the integrated circuit test teaching,and discusses the integration of the course teaching and industrial development,including setting up professional goals,adopting the enterprise teaching and training mode,taking the actual work needs as the guidance,and taking project practice to drive the course teaching.By integrating and debugging device process parameters,students can intuitively grasp the influence of process on parameters and the control of parameter feedback on process.
