河北省抚宁地区养殖场中羊消化道寄生虫流行病学调查与分析

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Digestive Tract Parasites in Sheep Farms in Funing Area,Hebei Province

为了解2019—2021年河北省抚宁地区养殖场及散养户中羊消化道寄生虫流行情况,试验采用寄生虫实验室检测法对2019—2021年采集河北省抚宁地区养殖场及散养户中羊的粪便样品1275份进行圆线虫、绦虫、隐孢子虫、贾第虫和球虫5种主要消化道寄生虫病的检测,并进行统计结果与分析。结果表明,2019—2021年河北省抚宁地区养殖场及散养户中羊的圆线虫、贾第虫、球虫、隐孢子虫及绦虫总阳性率分别为12.5%、5.2%、12.4%、6.2%、15.5%,圆线虫、贾第虫、球虫和绦虫4种消化道寄生虫呈现逐年升高的趋势,抚宁地区养殖场及散养户中羊的绦虫、圆线虫和球虫为主要流行消化道寄生虫病,以三重感染为主,占检测总数的10%,其他类型的混合感染为4.3%~8.3%。本试验为该地区规模化及散养的羊场中5种主要的消化道寄生虫病的防控提供参考依据。

To understand the prevalence of major digestive tract parasites in sheep from farms and free range households in the Funing area of Hebei Province from 2019 to 2021,this experiment used the parasite laboratory detection method to detect five main digestive tract parasitic diseases,including roundworm,tapeworm,cryptosporidium,giardia,and coccidia,in 1275 fecal samples collected from farms and free range households in the Funing area of Hebei Province from 2019 to 2021.Statistical results and analysis were conducted.The results showed that from 2019 to 2021,the total positive rates of roundworm,giardia,coccidia,cryptosporidium,and tapeworm in sheep farms and free range households in the Funing area of Hebei Province were 12.5%,5.2%,12.4%,6.2%and 15.5%,respectively.Four types of digestive tract parasites,including roundworm,giardia,coccidia,and tapeworm,showed an increasing trend year by year.The main prevalent digestive tract parasitic diseases in sheep farms and free range households in the Funing area were tapeworm,roundworm,and tapeworm,And it is mainly caused by triple infections,accounting for 10%of the total number of tests,while other types of mixed infections range from 4.3%to 8.3%.This experiment provides a reference basis for the prevention and control of five major gastrointestinal parasitic diseases in large-scale and free range sheep farms in the region.
