摘要
针对现有单穗脱粒机存在的问题,设计一种水稻单穗脱粒工作装置。样机试验结果表明:在籽粒含水量18%~23%、籽粒千粒质量21~25 g、茎秆含水率45%~55%、小穗含水率41%~50%条件下,脱净率>99.00%,破损率为0,含杂率为0.0875%,飞溅率为0。这表明该机具水稻育种脱粒后稻谷损伤小、纯度高,能够满足水稻育种试验脱粒质量要求。
For the problems of the existing single-ear thresher,a working device of rice single-ear threshing working device is designed.The results of prototype test show that:Under the conditions of grain water content of 18%~23%,10000 grain mass of 21~25 g,stalk moisture content of 45%~55%,spikelet moisture content of 41%~50%,the removal rate is>99.00%,the damage rate is 0,the impurity rate is 0.0875%,and the spatter loss rate is 0.This shows that the rice after threshing in rice breeding has small damage and high purity,which can meet the requirements of threshing quality in rice breeding test.
