深松分层施肥工作装置设计

摘要 设计一种分层施肥器工作装置,融合深松和施肥技术,将作物生长周期所需肥料一次性多层施入不同深度的耕层内,使肥料分布在利于作物根系吸收的范围内。试验结果表明,该装置排肥合格率均值为93.1%,各层排肥变异系数均值分别为8.1%,6.2%,8.2%,9.6%,能将肥料按一定配比分层施入不同耕层土壤内,达到了设计要求。 A layered fertilizer working device was designed to integrate subsoiling and fertilization technology.The fertilizer required for crop growth cycle was applied in multiple layers at different depths at one time,so that the fertilizer was distributed in a range conducive to the absorption of crop roots.The test results showed that the average qualified rate of fertilizer discharge was 93.1%,and the average coefficient of variation of fertilizer discharge was 8.1%,6.2%,8.2%and 9.6%,respectively.The fertilizer could be applied in different soil layers according to a certain ratio,which met the design requirements.
