As a traditional bean with the same origin of medicine and food,red bean has a variety of health care functions.This paper studied the process of extracting protein,total flavonoids,cellulose and other active ingredients from red bean,explored the efficacy of active ingredients,and summarized the effect of planting method on the yield and quality of red bean,and providing theoretical basis for the planting of red bean and the extraction and application of active ingredients.
