摘要
化肥、农药的频繁使用导致土壤出现板结、盐碱化等现象。介绍微生物菌剂的研发与应用概况,分析微生物菌剂对土壤微生物活性、生物量碳氮、群落功能多样性、合成农药降解、土壤盐碱化改良的影响,提出应合理使用微生物菌剂,使其在改良土壤、防虫防病等方面发挥作用,以提高农产品品质和产量。
The frequent use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides leads to soil compaction,salinization and other phenomena.This paper introduces the research and development and application of microbial agents,analyzes the effects of microbial agents on soil microbial activity,biomass carbon and nitrogen,community functional diversity,degradation of synthetic pesticides,and soil salinization improvement,and puts forward that microbial agents should be used rationally to make them play a role in soil improvement,insects and diseases prevention,so as to improve the quality and yield of agricultural products.
