发展农村寄递物流对满足农民群众生产生活需要、释放农村消费潜力、促进乡村振兴具有重要意义。简述辽宁农村寄递物流概况及其服务体系建设必要性,针对基础设施相对薄弱、信息化发展落后、专业人才问题,提出完善基础设施、提升产品附加值、加强人才培养发展路径。

The development of rural delivery logistics is of great significance to meet the needs of farmers in production and life,release the potential of rural consumption,and promote rural revitalization.This paper briefly describes the general situation of Liaoning rural delivery logistics and the necessity of its service system construction.In view of the problems of relatively weak infrastructure,backward information development and professional talents,it puts forward development ways to improve infrastructure,increase the added value of products and strengthen personnel training.
