摘要
在食品专业工艺学实验课中,利用网络平台将翻转课堂与TBL教学模式相结合,将传统实验课以教师为主体的课堂转变为以教师为主导、学生为主体的课堂,有助于培养学生自主学习能力,提升学生创新精神。通过TBL教学法的融入,进一步增强了学生团队精神,实现了培养高素质人才的教学目标。
In the food technology experiment course,the network platform is used to combine the flipped classroom with the TBL teaching mode,and the traditional teacher-oriented classroom in the experiment course is transformed into a teacher-led and student-oriented classroom,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'independent learning ability and the enhancement of students'innovative spirit.Through the integration of TBL teaching method,the team spirit of students is further enhanced,and the teaching goal of cultivating high-quality talents is realized.
