随着清洁能源被广泛运用,我国建立了大量沿海接收站。目前,国内液化天然气(LNG)接收站大多数选用了海水开架式气化器(ORV)进行LNG的气化。ORV与海水换热气化,节约能源且环保。介绍了ORV的结构、工作原理、运行控制系统、ORV的加压预冷及启停操作、运行操作经验和ORV的日常巡检与定期检查维护,总结了运行操作经验,对日常巡检与维护进行了分析,总结出如何使ORV运行更加平稳。

With the widespread use of clean energy,China has established a large number of coastal receiving stations.At present,most domestic liquefied natural gas(LNG)terminals use ORV for LNG gasification.Open Rack Vaporizer(ORV)and seawater heat exchange gasification,energy saving and environmental protection.This article introduces the structure,working principle,operation control system,pressurization precooling and startstop operation of ORV,operation experience and routine inspection and regular inspection and maintenance of ORV.It summarizes the operation experience,analyzes the routine inspection and maintenance,and summarizes how to make the ORV run more smoothly.
