针对海上油田老井井口套管出现腐蚀渗漏,导致存在严重安全环保隐患的情况,采用回接套管配合MSPT堵剂固井,井口采用定制工装、树脂封堵剂封堵的配套措施进行治理,恢复此类井的井筒完整性,重新构建井屏障,保证后续的继续使用。

In view of the corrosion and leakage of wellhead casing of old Wells in offshore oil fields,which leads to serious safety and environmental risks,the paper adopts tieback casing and MSPT plugging agent to cement the well,and adopts the supporting measures of customized tooling and resin plugging agent to control the wellhead,so as to restore the wellbore integrity of such Wells,rebuild the well barrier and ensure the continued use of the future.
