某市三甲医院临床护士情绪智力和反刍思维的相关性研究

Correlation between emotional intelligence and rumination thinking of clinical nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals

目的:探讨三甲医院临床护士情绪智力和反刍思维之间的关系。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选取护士情绪智力量表和反刍思维量表对蚌埠市两所三甲医院811名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:811名临床护士情绪智力总均分为(4.926±0.900)分,整体水平较高,反刍思维总均分为(1.938±0.541)分,整体水平中等偏下,情绪智力及其维度评分与反刍思维及其维度评分之间均呈负相关(P<0.01),自我情绪评价和情绪控制能够解释反刍思维7.5%的变异性。结论:临床护士情绪智力越高,反刍思维水平越低,反刍思维可以由自我情绪评价和情绪控制来进行预测。

Objective:To explore the correlation between emotional intelligence and rumination thinking of clinical nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 811 clinical nurses in two tertiary grade A hospitals in Bengbu by cluster sampling and using the emotional intelligence scale and ruminative thinking scale.Results:The total mean of emotional intelligence of 811 clinical nurses was(4.926±0.900)points,with a high overall level.The total mean of rumination thinking was(1.938±0.541)points,with a medium to low level.There was a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and its dimension score and ruminative thinking and its dimension score(P<0.01).The self-emotional assessment and emotional control could explain the 7.5%variability of ruminative thinking.Conclusions:The higher the emotional intelligence of clinical nurses,the lower the level of ruminative thinking.Ruminative thinking can be predicted by self-emotional evaluation and emotional control.
