混合教学模式下西部地方院校大学英语教师教学信念探究 被引量:1

摘要 信息技术的发展使混合式教学逐渐成为国内高校教学改革的重要手段。混合教学模式成功的关键因素之一就是教师要有与之统一的教学信念。通过对西部某地方高校32位大学英语教师调查发现,虽然教师教学信念符合现代外语教学的发展趋势,但这些信念在教学中并未得到有效实现;同时,教师教学信念系统中仍然存在互不协调的问题。因此,西部地方院校和教师都应重塑信念,不断改进混合式教学过程和效果。 With the development of information technology,blended teaching has gradually become an important means of teaching reform and college teaching.For the success of blended teaching,one of the key factors is that teachers should have corresponding advanced teaching beliefs.Through a survey of 32 college English teachers in a local university in the west,it is found that though teachers'teaching beliefs generally conform to the development trend of modern foreign language teaching,they have not been effectively implemented in teaching.Meanwhile,there are contradictions in the teaching beliefs themselves.Therefore,colleges and teachers should rebuild their beliefs and constantly improve the process and effect of blended teaching.
