职业院校校企合作被明确为职业教育办学的基本理念和人才培养的关键路径,校企合作的质量直接关系职业院校办学水平和人才培养的质量。分析研究职业院校校企合作质量的内涵和三个维度的影响因素,从把握规律,形成广泛的社会认同;打破传统,激发各方主体参与动力;汇聚合力,提升合作育人能力效率三个方面,为职业院校校企合作质量提升提供可行路径参考。

School-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges is clearly defined as the basic concept of vocational education and the key path of talent cultivation. The quality of school-enterprise cooperation directly affects the level of vocational colleges and the quality of talent cultivation. This paper analyzes and studies the connotation of the quality of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges and the influencing factors in three dimensions. From grasping the rules to form a broad social identity;breaking tradition and stimulating the motivation of all parties to participate;gathering joint forces and improving the efficiency of cooperative education, it provides feasible path reference for improving the quality of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges.
