摘要
地铁建设将引起市政既有管线的改迁,城市中市政管线具有数量多、服务范围广、埋设深、管径大、迁改难度高等特点,为保证管线综合方案的科学性及合理性,应用层次分析法对管线改迁过程中的影响因素进行分析,综合考虑施工成本、施工难度、施工安全性和对周边影响这四因素进行评价指标的构建,得到管线综合改迁中关键因素重要性排序,找到关键因素。以南京地铁下关站和白云亭站迁改项目为例,提出BIM技术在城市地下管线迁改项目过程应用优势和解决管线改迁的关键因素,为后续地铁施工地下管线改迁优化提供了参考和借鉴。
Subway construction will lead to the alteration of existing municipal pipelines.The municipal pipelines in cities possessed the characteristics of large quantity,wide service range,and high difficulty in large relocation of buried deep pipe diameters.In order to ensure the pipeline comprehensive scheme of science and rationality,this paper applies AHP to analyze the influencing factors in the process of pipeline relocation.Considering the construction cost,the construction difficulty,the construction safety and the surrounding influence,the evaluation index is constructed,the importance ranking of the key factors in the comprehensive pipeline redevelopment was obtained and the key factors were found,and apply BIM technology to solve and optimize the key factors.Take Nanjing Metro Xiaguan Station and Baiyunting Station relocation project as an example,the application advantages of BIM technology in the process of urban underground pipeline relocation project and the key factors to solve the pipeline relocation are put forward.It provides reference for the optimization of underground pipeline relocation in the follow-up subway construction.
