高中生性教育内容框架的构建

摘要 目的研究构建适合高中生学习的性教育内容框架,以期为我国未来性教育的实施提供相关实证性依据。方法采用方便抽样与随机抽样相结合的方法,以1345名高中生作为研究对象,通过项目分析、因子分析以及对结构模型的拟合优化等操作步骤,构建高中生性教育内容框架模型。结果模型主题依次为文化、社会与性、性的生理知识、生殖生育知识、艾滋病内容、价值观与性、家庭与友谊关系、恋爱关系、道德与安全保障、健康与福祉技能,模型适配度良好。高中生对于性教育内容的学习意愿较为强烈,总体得分为(4.07±0.59)。结论涵盖九大主题的高中生性教育内容框架具有重要的理论意义。 Objective To examine the self-rated health(SRH)level and influencing factors of peopleoptimization of the structural model.Results The subjects of the model were culture,society and sex,physiological knowledge of sex,reproductive knowledge,AIDS content,values and sex,family and friendship relationship,love relationship,morality and safety during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods An online survey was conducted to investigate the demographicguarantee,health and well-being skills,and was a good fit of the model.High school students had a strong willingness to learn about characteristics,epidemic-related characteristics,and SRH scores of 479 subjects.Results The SRH scoressex education content,with an overall score of(4.07±0.59).Conclusion The content framework of sex education for high school of the research subjects and the subscores of physical,psychological and social health were(44.86±5.54)students covering nine major themes has important theoretical significance.
