浦东新区某三镇2021年妇科常见病患病情况分析

Analysis on the Prevalence of Common Gynecological Diseases in Three Towns in Pudong New Area

目的 了解浦东新区惠南镇、大团镇、泥城镇妇女的健康状况,以及常见妇科疾病患病情况,为后期优化不同区域的妇科普查方法提供依据。方法 整理2021年由浦东新区光明中医医院普查的15 696例已婚妇女的妇科普查资料,采用描述性分析对调查对象的年龄、妇科三合诊结果以及常见妇科疾病的患病情况进行分析。结果 调查对象的年龄分布中,≥61岁的妇女占比较高(43.4%),其次是51~60岁(39.5%)。总体来看,惠南、大团、泥城的妇科普查三合诊的结果以正常居多,泥城镇的妇科三合诊正常人数占比最高(外阴99.72%,阴道100.0%,宫颈92.78%)。调查对象的宫颈糜烂(5.97%)和宫颈息肉(1.40%)的检出率相对较高,宫颈检出正常结果的比例(90.77%)低于外阴(99.40%)及阴道(99.07%)。从疾病种类来看,三镇常见妇科疾病总体患病率由高到低前三位的依次是乳腺增生(51.64%)、子宫肌瘤(26.97%)和宫颈糜烂(5.97%)。结论 应根据浦东新区不同街镇妇科疾病的患病特点,有针对性地对重点疾病进行宣教和指导,切实提高妇女的生殖健康水平和生活质量。

Objective To understand the health status and prevalence of common gynecological diseases among women in Huinan Town,Datuan Town,and Nicheng Town in Pudong New Area,and to provide a basis for optimizing gynecological census methods in different regions in the future.Methods The gynecological survey data of 15696 married women surveyed by Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Pudong New Area in 2021 were compiled.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the age,gynecological triad results,and prevalence of common gynecological diseases of the survey subjects.Results In the age distribution of the survey subjects,women aged≥61 accounted for a relatively high proportion(43.4%),followed by those aged 51-60(39.5%).Overall,the results of gynecological triple check ups in Huinan,Datuan,and Nicheng are mostly normal.The proportion of normal gynecological triad patients in Nicheng Town is the highest(99.72%in the vulva,100.0%in the vagina,and 92.78%in the cervix).The detection rates of cervical erosion(5.97%)and cervical polyps(1.40%)among the surveyed subjects are relatively high.The proportion of normal results detected in the cervix(90.77%)is lower than that in the vulva(99.40%)and vagina(99.07%).Prevalence rate of common diseases:From the perspective of disease types,the top three common diseases in the three towns are breast hyperplasia(51.64%),uterine fibroids(26.97%),and cervical erosion(5.97%)..Conclusion Targeted education and guidance on key diseases should be provided based on the characteristics of gynecological diseases in different streets and towns of Pudong New Area,in order to effectively improve women's reproductive health level and quality of life.
