广藿香油成分分析及在卷烟中应用研究

Analysis of Components in Patchouli Oil and Its Application in Cigarette

通过比较4种不同前处理方法对广藿香油挥发性成分的影响,分别采用液液萃取(LLE)、分散液液微萃取(DLLME)、固相微萃取(SPME)、顶空萃取(HS)结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析鉴定广藿香油中化学成分及含量。结果表明,分散液液微萃取法操作简单、快速,可鉴别出广藿香油挥发性化学成分29种,主要致香成分为广藿香醇(26.39%)、δ-愈创木烯(14.50%)、α-愈创木烯(12.35%)、刺蕊草烯(5.87%)、芳樟醇(5.02%)、α-广霍香烯(4.52%)等。将广藿香油应用于卷烟加香效果评价,能够减小刺激性、改善卷烟余味并对丰富烟香有明显效果。

By comparing the effects of four different pre-treatment methods on the volatile components of patchouli oil,the chemical components and content of patchouli oil were identified and analyzed by liquid-liquid extraction(LLE),dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME),solid-phase microextraction(SPME),headspace extraction(HS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The result showed that the DLLME method was simple and rapid,29 kinds of aroma components of patchouli oil could be detected.The main contents for patchouli oil were patchouli alcohol(26.39%),δ-guaine(14.5%),α-guaine(12.35%),seychellene(5.87%),linalool(5.02%),α-patchoulene(4.52%)etc.The patchouli oil added into cigarettes can obviously enrich cigarette flavor,reduce irritation and improve cigarette aftertaste.
