“公司+农户”农产品供应链组织模式研究——以温氏集团为例

Research on the Organizational Model of"Company+Farmer"Agricultural Product Supply Chain——Take Wen's Group as an Example

本文围绕畜禽企业为中心的供应链组织模式,探讨温氏的几种“公司+农户”供应链组织模式,发现温氏的供应链模式存在农户毁约风险、对农户监管不到位、在政策约束下养殖规模难以扩大和部分养殖硬件设施老旧等问题,提出发展“公司+现代养殖小区”模式、改进利益分配模式、建立食品安全管理标准和中介组织加入等对策和建议。

This paper focuses on the supply chain organization model of livestock and poultry enterprises,and discusses several Wen's"company+farmer"supply chain organization models,It is found that Wen's supply chain model is prone to the problems of farmers'contract breaking risk,inadequate supervision of farmers,difficulty in expanding the scale of breeding under policy constraints and aging of some aquaculture hardware facilities.It is suggested that we should vigorously develop the"company+modern breeding community"model,improve the benefit distribution model,establish food safety management standards and let intermediary organizations to join in,so as to better adapt to the development of agricultural modernization and help rural revitalization.
