摘要
劳动教育资源整合是教育者为实现劳动教育目标,完成劳动教育任务,将所利用或可利用的各种劳动教育资源进行有效的调配,发挥劳动教育资源的最大价值。本文探讨了具备劳动教育资源整合能力的教育者遵循契合性与科学性并存、针对性与系统性渗透、效益性与可持续性结合的原则,因课制宜、因地制宜、因人制宜、因时制宜地整合能够成为培养教育对象劳动素养的因素,提升劳动教育资源整合效果,提高教育实效。
The integration of labor education resources means that in order to achieve the goal of labor education and complete the task of labor education,the educator will use or can use a variety of labor education resources to effectively deploy,give full play to the maximum value of labor education resources.To be specific,educators with the ability to integrate labor education resources should follow the principles of compatibility and science,pertinence and systematism,and efficiency and sustainability.The integration of adaptability,local conditions,personalization and times can be a factor in cultivating the labor literacy of education objects,so as to enhance the integration effect of labor education resources and improve the educational effectiveness.
