摘要
依托与行业协会、企业合作的订单培养项目,针对传统订单培养存在的校企合作层次浅,学生离职率高、就业口径狭窄、评价体系不健全与欠缺持续改进机制等问题,通过“四引”合作途径,建立“五共”校企协同育人机制,构建“一体三阶多元化”职业素养培养课程体系,探索订单培养“一对多”模式和完善多元多维质量评价体系,深化了校企合作,培养了学生职业能力,降低了离职率,拓宽了学生的就业口径,形成了订单培养的可持续改进机制,促进了产教融合,实现精准对接和精准育人。
Relying on the order training projects with cooperative companies and industrial association,the author intends to innovate the traditional order training model,hoping to solve the problems of the traditional order training,such as the shallow school-enterprise cooperation,the high turnover rate,the narrow employment caliber,the imperfect evaluation system and the lacking of continuous improvement mechanism and other issues.Through the"four introduction"cooperative approach,namely the introduction of companies in school,the introduction of company resources in teaching,the introduction of company experts in research and the introduction of company experts in teaching,we try to establish the"five common"school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism.By constructing an"integrated,three-tier,diversified"literacy training curriculum system,exploring new order training model and optimizing the diversified and multi-dimensional quality evaluation system,we achieve the overall targets of deepening the level of school-enterprise cooperation,cultivating the spirit of student craftsmanship,reducing the turnover rate,broadening the employment caliber of students and forming a sustainable improvement mechanism for order training.Most importantly,we realize the ultimate goal of vocational education,that is,the integration of vocational education with industry,accurate docking and accurate education.
