摘要
基于蒸汽透平的设计理论和经验,对一台15MW跨临界二氧化碳轴流背压式透平进行设计及分析。通过热力、气动、结构等多方面的设计和合理性验证,在透平功率、效率等指标满足预期要求的情况下,结构设计合理,设计方案可行。
Base on the design theory and experience of the steam turbine,this paper designs and analyzes a 15MW transcritical carbon dioxide axial flow back pressure turbine.Through the design and rationality verification of thermodynamic,pneumatic,structural and other aspects,the structural design is reasonable and the design scheme is feasible under the condition that the power,efficiency and other indicators of turbine meet the expected requirements.
