摘要
结合某350MW机组低压外缸特点,采用有限元方法,分析了低压外缸-轴承箱结构的固有频率,并对其结构进行优化,使结构的固有频率避开转频的±10%,避免共振现象的发生,使机组可以长期稳定安全的运行。
For a certain low-pressure outside cylinder in 350MW steam turbine unit,the dynamic model is established and modal analysis is conducted further.Through the use of structure optimization,natural frequencies of the cylinder are located away from rotor working frequency by±10 percent.Resonance problems are avoided and the long-term steady operation of steam turbine is ensured.
