Exploring Enterprise Management with Chinese Characteristics in the Face of the New Era

党的十八大以来,我国经济实力再上新台阶,越来越多的中国企业管理者、专家学者认识到,中国企业管理不能生搬硬套西方管理学理论,要打破“现代化=西方化”的迷思,紧密结合中国企业管理实践,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为根本指导,坚持马克思主义基本原理,探索具有中国特色的企业管理学,为全面推进中国式现代化贡献力量。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s economic strength reaches a new level.More and more Chinese enterprise managers,experts,and scholars have come to realize that Chinese enterprise management cannot simply apply Western management theories.We need to break the misconception that“Modernization equals Westernization”,closely integrate with Chinese enterprise management practices,take Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as the fundamental guidance,adhere to the basic principles of Marxism,and explore a unique form of enterprise management that suits China’s characteristics.This will contribute to the comprehensive promotion of China’s modernization.
