摘要
外界环境导致的线下培训数量锐减在推动企业培训模式向线上转型,但在转型过程中存在一些问题,使在线培训的效果达不到预期。本文分析了企业在线培训的主要特征,结合在线培训面临的主要困境,提出了互联网背景下培训思维优化模式,以期共同提升在线培训质量,从而服务企业高质量发展。
The external environment has led to a sharp decline in offline training,pushing the transformation of corporate training towards an online approach.However,during this transformation process,certain issues have arisen,hindering online training from achieving the expected results.This article analyzes the characteristics of corporate online training and examines the main challenges faced by online training.In response,it proposes an optimized training mindset in the context of the internet,with the aim of collectively improving the quality of online training and thus supporting the high-quality development of enterprises.
