芒硝联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏用于碘对比剂渗漏治疗

Glauber's salt combined with xiliotod for the treatment of iodine contrast medium leakage

目的:探讨芒硝联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏(商品名:喜辽妥)用于碘对比剂渗漏治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2022年1月就诊的碘对比剂渗漏患者74例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。在50%硫酸镁湿敷基础上,对照组采用喜辽妥治疗,观察组采用芒硝联合喜辽妥治疗。比较两组症状消失时间,两组治疗前、治疗7 d的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及两组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组疼痛、肿胀、液体渗漏消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芒硝联合喜辽妥治疗碘对比剂渗漏,症状消失快,疼痛程度减轻,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Glauber's salt combined with sylator in the treatment of iodine contrast medium leakage.Methods:A total of 74 patients with iodine contrast agent leakage who were treated in hospital from August 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.On the basis of 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress,the control group was treated with xilioto,and the observation group was treated with mirabilite combined with xilioto.The time of symptom disappearance between the two groups was compared,the visual analog scale(VAS)before and 7 days after treatment was compared between the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of pain,swelling and fluid exudation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Glauber's salt combined with xiliotrope in the treatment of iodine contrast agent leakage can promote the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the pain degree of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
