水下爆炸条件下装置冲击环境研究

摘要 水下非接触式爆炸产生的冲击波会对艇载设备产生冲击,研究其非接触水下爆炸的冲击环境对于装备设计有着很高的工程应用价值,仅依靠理论仿真计算对于储运筒、航行体等艇载设备冲击环境研究远远不够,需进行水下爆炸冲击试验,验证计算方法,校验仿真模型,改进减震设计。本文介绍某比例缩比爆炸冲击试验,分析储运筒及航行体试验数据获取载荷特性。通过动力学数值仿真,计算结果与试验数据校验,验证计算方法的可行性,仿真模型的有效性,为全尺寸装置冲击环境深入研究提供理论支撑。 The shockwave from the non-contact underwater explosion will impact the equipment of submarine,it is of high engineering application value to study the non-contact underwater explosion impact environment for equipment design,it is far from enough to study the impact environment only by theoretical calculation,it is necessary to carry out the underwater explosion impact test,verify the calculation method,verify the simulation model and improve the shock absorption design.This paper introduces the explosion impact scale test,and then analyzes the experimental data to obtain the load characteristics,the calculation results which are acquisition by dynamic numerical simulation,are verified with the test data to verify the feasibility of the calculation method.It can provide theoretical support for the study on the full-size device impact environment.
