文化距离、地理距离与异地创业农民主观幸福感——兼论制度环境感知的调节作用

Cultural Distance,Geographical Distance and Subjective Well-Being of Entrepreneurial Farmers in Different Regions——On the Moderating Effect of Institutional Environment Perception

本文以上海财经大学2016年“中国千村调查”中异地创业农民的样本数据为基础,分析文化距离、地理距离对该群体幸福感的影响,并考察制度环境感知对以上关系的调节作用。结果表明:地理距离对异地农民创业者幸福感的影响呈现倒U型曲线,文化距离对异地农民创业者幸福感的影响则呈正U型;制度环境感知对两者关系均表现出显著的调节作用,制度环境感知变量的引入导致两对关系的拐点发生右移;右移的拐点对两对关系的影响不同,意味着在提高了农民创业者对地理距离的容忍度的同时,却降低了其对文化距离的容忍度。该项研究是对当前幸福感研究的重要补充,有助于摸底异地创业农民的生活状态,加深对农民异地创业幸福感的理解。

Based on the sample data from the“Thousand Villages in China Survey”conducted by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2016,this paper analyzes the effects of cultural distance and geographical distance on the happiness of this group,and examines the moderating effect of institutional environment perception on the above relationships.The results show that:The influence of geographical distance on the happiness of entrepreneurial farmers in different regions presents an inverted U-shaped curve,while the influence of cultural distance on the happiness of entrepreneurial farmers in different regions presents a positive U-shaped curve;The institutional environment perception has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between the two pairs.The introduction of the institutional environment perception variable causes the inflection point of the two pairs to shift to the right;The inflection point of rightwing shift has different effects on the relationship between the two pairs,which means that the entrepreneurial farmers'tolerance to geographical distance is increased,but their tolerance to cultural distance is reduced.This study is an important supplement to the cur-rent research on happiness,which is helpful to understand the living conditions of entrepreneurial farmers in different regions and dee-pen the understanding of happiness of entrepreneurial farmers in different regions.
