乡村相对贫困治理的问题及其对策探析

贫困是人类共同面临的重大挑战。2021年,中国已经解决了历史性绝对贫困的问题,书写了人类反贫困历史新篇章。在踏上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,要实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,乡村相对贫困治理将成为中国扶贫工作的重点。乡村相对贫困治理在政策对接、农民增收、公共服务、精神贫困、生态退化等方面存在一定问题。这就需要完善政策体系,转向相对贫困治理;振兴乡村产业,促进农民增收致富;优化乡村布局,弥补公共服务短板;治理精神贫困,提升内生力;建立生态乡村,防止生态环境退化等策略来应对。

Poverty is a major challenge facing all mankind.In 2021,China solved the historic problem of absolute poverty,and wrote a new chapter in the history of mankind‟s anti-poverty efforts.As we embark on a new journey to fully build a modern socialist country,we need to effectively integrate our achievements in poverty alleviation with rural revitalization.Addressing rural relative poverty will be-come a priority in China‟s poverty alleviation work.Rural relative poverty control is facing many problems in such fields as policy align-ment,farmers‟income increase,public services,spiritual poverty and ecological degradation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the policy system and turn to relative poverty management.Revitalize rural industry,and promote farmers to increase income and get rich;We will improve the layout of rural areas to make up for shortcomings in public services.We will tackle spiritual poverty and enhance internal strength,establish a ecological countryside and prevent the degradation of the ecological environment.
