摘要
炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,其病因未明,发病机制尚不确切,缺乏诊断金标准且无有效根治手段。外泌体是新近发现的纳米级细胞外囊泡,可由几乎所有活细胞或生物体分泌,并分布于各种体液中。研究发现,外泌体广泛参与细胞间通讯及多种病理生理学过程,有望成为诊断和监测IBD疾病状态的新兴生物标志物,开拓一种安全、有效的IBD无细胞疗法,并指导IBD用药。现就外泌体在IBD诊治中的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床IBD诊疗带来新的曙光。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory intestinal conditions without precise etiology,exact pathogenesis,diagnostic gold standard and effective treatment.Exosomes are newly discovered nanoscale extracellular vesicles that can be secreted by almost all living cells or organisms and distributed in various body fluids.Exosomes are widely involved in intercellular communication and a variety of pathophysiological processes,which are expected to be emerging biomarkers for diagnosis and monitoring of IBD disease status.A safe and effective cell-free therapy for IBD was developed to guide IBD medication.This paper reviewed the research progress of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of IBD in order to bring new light to clinical diagnosis and treatment of IBD.
