基于PLC技术的舰船机电设备控制系统

摘要 提升舰船机电设备的控制响应效率,降低控制偏差,设计基于PLC技术的舰船机电设备控制系统。该系统依据数据采集模块获取舰船机电设备运行数据,由通信模块的CAN现场总线和有线通信协议,向控制模块中传送采集的相关数据;控制模块接收并存储传输的数据,以PLC可编程控制器为核心,结合动态矩阵控制方法,完成舰船机电设备的一体化控制,控制指令通过PLC输出端子进行发送,各个机电设备则依据控制指令进行控制,并且将控制结果通过人机交互界面进行展示。测试结果显示,该系统的控制指令执行时间均低于0.8μs/条,控制结果的偏离程度均在0.052以下,能够精准完成舰船航行速度的控制。 To improve the control response efficiency of ship electromechanical equipment,reduce the control deviation,design the ship electromechanical equipment control system based on PLC technology.After the system obtains the operation data of the ship electromechanical equipment according to the data acquisition module,it transmits the collected data to the control module through the CAN field bus and wired communication protocol of the communication module.After receiving and storing the transmitted data,the control module takes PLC programmable controller as the core and combines dynamic matrix control method to complete the integrated control of the ship electromechanical equipment.The control instructions are sent through the PLC output terminal,and each electromechanical equipment is controlled according to the control instructions,and the control results are displayed through the human-computer interaction interface.The test results show that the control command execution time of the system is lower than 0.8μs/piece,and the deviation degree of the control results is lower than 0.052,which can accurately control the sailing speed of the ship.
