Research on muzzle velocity test technology of the load of electromagnetic launch system

摘要 初速是电磁弹射系统的一项关键指标,速度测试对计算负载动能,评估弹射系统的综合性能等都具有重要意义。为获取电磁弹射系统发射过程中的负载速度,分别采用高速摄影、加速度传感器和毫米波多普勒雷达3种方案开展实测工作。研究结果表明:3种测试方案均能有效获取负载速度,测量方案可行,测量结果一致性好;3种方法中,高速摄影测速结果相对较低,加速度传感器测速结果相对较高,多普勒雷达测速结果处于二者之间,多普勒雷达测速结果与速度真值更为接近,精确度更高;对多普勒原始信号所采用的数据处理方法保证了雷达测速结果的精度,可为雷达测速系统在其他领域的应用提供参考。 The muzzle velocity is a key indicator of the electromagnetic launch system,and the velocity test is of great significance to calculate the load kinetic energy and evaluate the comprehensive launch effect of the launch system.In order to obtain the load speed of the electromagnetic launch system in the launching process,three test schemes such as high-speed photography,motion acceleration sensor and millimeter wave Doppler radar,were used to carry out the measurement work.The results show that the three schemes could effectively obtain the load speed,the measurement scheme is feasible,and the results have good consistency.Among the three methods,the high-speed photography speed measurement result is relatively low,the acceleration sensor speed measurement result is relatively high,and the Doppler radar speed measurement result is between the two methods,and the radar speed measurement result is closer to the true value of speed,and the accuracy is higher.In addition,the data processing method adopted for the Doppler's original signal ensures the accuracy of the radar velocity measurement results,which could provide a reference for the application of the radar velocity measurement system in otherfields.
