社区康复服务设施规划布局及空间设计研究

Research on Planning Layout and Space Design for Rehabilitation Service Facilities in Communities

本文以北京市西城区为例,通过对典型社区卫生服务中心康复科就诊量及老年人康复治疗需求量的分析,探讨社区康复服务设施的合理规划布局;通过对康复科各功能空间的利用现状、患者康复治疗流程及器械利用实态的观察调查,探讨社区康复医疗功能模块的空间构成、空间关系及基于器械合理布置前提下的适宜空间尺度。

This paper takes the Xicheng District,Beijing as a case study,conducts analysis of annual visits at the reha-bilitation department in typical community healthcare ser-vice centers and analysis of demands of rehabilitation treat-ment among the aged in communities,and thereby probes into proper arrangements of grassroots rehabilitation ser-vice facilities.It also conducts observations and surveys about the practical use of functional spaces in the depart-ment and actual utilization of programs and instruments for various patients,and studies space composition and space relations among functional modules for rehabilitation and healthcare,as well as appropriate space dimensions for instrument arrangements.
