涂层在钛合金金属型铸造中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了钛合金铸件生产应用金属型铸造工艺的优点,并对金属模具表面刷与不刷涂层两种状态所生产的铸件质量作对比分析,研究应用涂层技术后对铸件质量的改善效果。研究结果表明:金属模具经过涂层处理后,可以减少铸件裂纹、流痕等铸造缺陷数量约70%,且无掉渣缺陷;并且金相检测铸件表面扩散层厚度与未作涂层处理生产的铸件相当,都小于0.05 mm;另外涂层还可以提高金属模具的寿命。 This paper introduces the advantages of the application of metal mold casting technology in the production of titanium alloy castings,and makes a comparative analysis of the casting quality produced by the metal mold surface with and without coating,and studies the improvement effect of the casting quality after the application of coating technology.The results show that the number of casting defects such as cracks and flow marks can be reduced by about 70%after the metal mold is coated,and there is no slag drop defect;In addition,the thickness of diffusion layer on the surface of castings by metallographic examination is equivalent to that of castings without coating treatment,which is less than 0.05 mm;In addition,the coating can also improve the life of metal mold.
