球墨铸铁差速器壳体铸造工艺开发

摘要 介绍了球墨铸铁差速器壳体铸造工艺过程及试制情况。为了满足内部缺陷符合D3/1要求,结合模拟软件计算结果,造型采用2个铸件对应3个冒口、浇注系统采用搭接方式的工艺方案进行试制,得到内部缺陷合格的样品。并通过在浇道上增加排气片、减少横浇道等措施,缩短了浇注时间,满足造型线生产节拍,工艺出品率从36.7%提升到42.7%,批量生产后合格率达到96.71%。 Casting process and trial production of DIFF case were introduced.In order to meet the requirement that the internal defects meet D3/1,the double-riser process and spliced gating system was used to get the qualified samples according to the simulation calculation results.the pouring time was shortened and the production beats of molding line was satisfied by adding exhaust sheet and reducing cross runner.Process yield increased from 36.7%to 42.7%,the qualified rate reached 96.71%after mass production.
