摘要 针对机车轴箱体生产过程中存在型砂脱落、缩松、砂眼、加工余量不足等问题,对缺陷原因进行分析。认为采用砂芯预留孔内嵌钉加固、使用焊条折成芯骨加强砂芯强度可改善型砂脱落;通过调整冒口补缩距离、加强型腔清洁可减少缩松;加强清理型腔并加大加工余量减少砂眼缺陷;减小砂芯尺寸、加强定位精度可有效保证加工余量。采用改进后的工艺进行生产验证,获得合格铸件。 In view of the problems in the production process of locomotive axle box body,such as sand shedding,shrinkage,sand hole and insufficient processing allowance,the causes of defects were analyzed.The analysis showed that the sand shedding can be improved by using the core reserved hole to reinforce with nails and using the welding rod to break into the core bone to strengthen the core strength.By adjusting the feeding distance of riser and strengthening cavity cleaning,shrinkage and sand hole defects can be reduced.Reducing the size of sand core and strengthening the positioning accuracy can effectively ensure the machining allowance.The improved process was used for production verification and qualified castings were obtained.
