摘要
研究耐久改性剂Acroad?DC-01在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:加入1份耐久改性剂Acroad?DC-01,胎面胶的生热降低,耐磨性能有较大幅度提升,其他物理性能与生产配方胶料相差不大;试验配方成品轮胎的耐久性能提升13%,耐磨性能提升11%。
The application of durability modifier Acroad®DC-01 in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,adding 1 phr DC-01,the heat build-up of the tread compound was reduced,the wear resistance was greatly improved,and other physical properties were similar with those of the production formula compound.The durability and wear resistance of the finished tires increased by 13%and 11%,respectively.
