摘要
根据挤出机的工艺需要,结合生产凝结水的情况,对恒温器热水循环系统进行技术改造。分别在恒温器的进出热水管道上开旁路并安装相应隔离阀门,从动力站凝结热水母管接分支管道,同时在恒温器出口部位对进出热水管道进行短接并安装阀门,从而形成2个热水循环管路,一是恒温器本体软化水的循环,二是挤出机与动力站凝结水的循环。本改造方案可充分利用凝结水的余热对挤出机进行预热,减小恒温器的耗电量。
According to the process requirements of the extruder and the situation of condensate water,the hot water circulation system of the thermostat was technically modified.The bypasses and isolation valves were installed on the inlet and outlet hot water pipes of the thermostat,the branch pipes were connected with the main condensate hot water pipe of the power station,and the inlet and outlet hot water pipes at the outlet of the thermostat were short-circuited and valves were installed.Thus,two hot water circulation pipelines were formed,one was the circulation of the softened water of the thermostat,and the other was the circulation of the condensate water between the extruder and the power station.This modification could make full use of the residual heat of condensate water to preheat the extruder and reduce the power consumption of the thermostat.
