混龄环境下特需幼儿个别化教育计划的制订与实施

摘要 制订个别化教育教学方案,落实一生一案,努力为每名学生提供合适的教育,是普通学校融合教育工作中重要的一环。然而,因为学前阶段缺少统一的课纲,在个别化教育方案的制订上存在一定困难,一线教师难以推进。依托笔者所在园所的混龄特色,通过案例分析,探索特需幼儿个别化教育计划的制订与实施。
