摘要
为建立异形双曲面钢网架整体提升施工安全评估方法,以对网架提升过程的风险控制措施的制定提供参考依据。研究将网架关键杆节点应力和变形作为控制要素,利用风险理论评估方法及数学统计法建立网架整体提升施工风险评估体系。根据被观测节点和变形划分风险因素集,利用层次分析法计算各风险因素集的影响权重。将风险等级按照灰类等级划分,结合白化权函数求解各个风险因素的灰色模糊评价权矩阵计算风险程度值X并确定风险等级。研究结果表明,层次分析法结合灰色模糊评价法可以更加精准地确定网架整体提升的安全风险等级。施工风险的精准确定可以为施工操作提供更多的参考。
A safety assessment method for integral lifting construction of special-shaped hyperboloid steel space truss is proposed for providing the reference during the construction process.Taking the stress and deformation of key pole nodes of the grid as the factors,a risk assessment system for the overall improvement of the grid construc⁃tion is established by using risk theory evaluation methods and mathematical statistics.The risk factor sets based on observed nodes and deformations are divided,in which analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the impact weights of each risk factor set.Combined the whitening weight function,the risk levels are divided into grey catego⁃ries to solve the grey fuzzy evaluation weight matrix of each risk factor,in which the risk degree value X is calculated and the risk level is determined.The results show that the combination of analytic hierarchy process and grey fuzzy evaluation accurately determines the safety risk level of the integral lifting of the grid structure,which may provide the reference for similar construction operations.
