装配式钢结构狭小异形核心筒施工

CONSTRUCTION OF PREFABRICATED STEEL STRUCTURE WITH NARROW AND IRREGULAR CORE TUBE

为解决狭小异性核心筒不能使用爬模施工、侧壁施工难度大、施工空间有限等问题。文中基于临安区人民医院及妇幼保健院迁建项目(一期)核心筒施工,对传统核心筒做法工序进行优化提出了一种装配式钢结构狭小异形核心筒施工方法,解决了狭小异形核心筒的材料堆放难、作业空间小、工期时间长的问题,大大提高了一次成型质量,达到了一定的经济效益,且施工方法普适于高层装配式钢结构-核心筒的施工,可为同类工程提供参考。

The narrow heterosexual core is subjected to construction difficulty of side wall and limited construction space,which cannot be constructed by climbing mold method.Based on a project of core tube construction in a hos⁃pital,a construction method of prefabricated steel structure narrow shaped core tube is proposed to optimize the tra⁃ditional core tube process,trying to solve difficult material stacking,small working space,and long construction time of narrow shaped core tube.The method greatly improves the quality of primary forming with good economic bene⁃fits,which may provide the reference for similar projects.
