BIM在现浇梁结构的梁柱节点中的应用

摘要 目前建筑工程中的钢柱-钢骨现浇梁组合结构的梁柱节点中开始采用梁贯通筋或架立筋直接穿孔的形式应用于梁柱连接。而采用直接穿孔的形式,存在钢柱留孔偏位严重、钢牛腿锚栓钉及下部弯折影响,无法并筋穿筋、部分梁与钢柱斜交,钢筋无法贯通等问题。文中采用BIM技术在钢结构加工前进行优化调整,同时对梁钢筋穿混凝土柱节点进行优化,减少现场返工和二次施工,有效减少穿筋过程中的碰撞以及钢筋无法锚固和贯通的问题。通过对实施项目现场应用效果的分析,技术可有效推进现场施工进度,提高施工质量,可为同类工程提供参考。 At present,the beam-column connection adopts beam reinforcement and truss reinforcement in the con⁃struction of combination structure of steel column and steel bone cast-in-place beam.The direct perforation method is often subjected to deviation of steel column holes,the influence of anchor bolts and lower bending of steel leg,un⁃able to cross the steel bars,partial beam and steel column oblique,and unable to penetrate the steel bars.Herein,BIM technology is adopted to optimize properties of steel structure before processing,in which the joint of beam and reinforcement through concrete column is optimized to reduce the on-site rework and secondary construction,effec⁃tively reducing the collision in the process of reinforcement and reinforcement failure to anchor and penetrate.Through the analysis of the implementation of the project site application effect,the technology can effectively pro⁃mote the site construction progress,improve the construction quality,can provide a reference for similar projects.
