摘要
为解决双层钢箱梁在跨越航道的吊装施工中因桥梁跨度大、空间位置复杂、施工条件受限而产生的施工技术问题。文中以苏台高速公路(二期)跨越杭申线航道的双层钢混组合梁吊装施工为例,通过采用钢箱梁分段安装、双机抬吊、设置悬臂挑梁等技术手段,并采取有限元模拟的方法,得到了在不设置水中墩、不影响河岸边坡稳定性的情况下安全快速地完成双层钢箱梁吊装的方式,能有效保证结构受力,可为今后类似双层钢箱梁的吊装施工提供参考。
Hoisting construction of double-deck steel-concrete composite beams of Sutai Expressway(PhaseⅡ)is study to solve hoisting construction technical issues of double deck-steel box girders during crossing navigation channel due to large span,complex spatial positions,and limited construction conditions.The technical issues of double-deck steel box girder can be get solved by adopted technical approaches such as sectional processing of steel box beams,double crane lifting,setting cantilever beam,and FEM simulation,thus it can be effectively and safety figure out those issues without setting underwater foundation or affecting slope stability as soon as possible.
