摘要
高职教育与学徒制有机结合的人才培养模式是满足制造类企业“班线长”岗位需求的有效途径。通过案例法分析现代学徒制“班线长”人才培养模式的发展现状,突显其与普通岗位人才培养的区别,需要充分发挥企业在人才培养过程中的作用,校企协同育人,形成共同制定人才培养方案、共同开发课程、共同教学和联合评价学生的长效机制,从而满足企业对“班线长”岗位人才素养和能力的需求。
The combination of higher vocational education and apprenticeship is an effective way to meet the demand of"monitor and line leader"position in manufacturing enterprises.To analyze the development of"monitor and line Leader"personnel training mode in modern apprentice mechanism through the case analysis,and clarify its difference with normal post personnel training,it is necessary to give full play to the role of enterprises in the process of personnel training,cooperate with enterprises to build a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,to jointly develop personnel training programs and courses,jointly teach and evaluate students,so as to effectively realize the enterprise's demand for the quality and ability of personnel in the position of"monitor and line leader".
