高职院校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人路径初探--以山西经贸职业学院特色文化育人品牌建设为例 被引量:2

摘要 辅导员与专业课教师在高职院校教育教学活动和人才培养中,都处于关键的第一线,对学生的发展具有举足轻重的作用。但在实际育人工作中,辅导员与专业课教师往往各行其道,没有形成常态化的合作协同机制,学校也未制定相应的激励措施和考核评价制度。文章通过对山西经贸职业学院3个“省级铸魂育人品牌”进行深入剖析,总结做法与经验,并提出切合高职院校实际的协同育人路径。 In higher vocational colleges,both teachers and counselors,stands on the front lines of teaching and learning,play a decisive role in students'growth and development.However,in actual educational work,counselors and specialized course teachers often go their separate ways without forming a normalized collaborative mechanism.The school has also not established corresponding incentive measures and assessment evaluation systems.Through the in-depth analysis of the three provincial characteristic culture brands of Shanxi Institute of Economics and Business,this paper summarizes their practices and experiences,so as to explore the effective ways of collaborative education.
