灌注指数评估区域神经阻滞效果的研究进展

摘要 近年来区域神经阻滞发展迅速,在围术期多模式镇痛领域起到重要作用。目前评估区域神经阻滞效果仍以主观指标为主,客观指标相对匮乏。灌注指数(PI)作为一项无创、连续的客观参数,可通过反映外周灌注及血管张力早期评估区域神经阻滞的效果。本文就PI的作用原理、影响因素、评估区域神经阻滞的机制和应用现状进行综述,探索PI评估区域神经阻滞效果的临床应用价值,为优化围术期疼痛管理提供参考。 Regional nerve block has developed rapidly in recent years and plays an important role in the field of perioperative multimodal analgesia.At present,the effect of regional nerve block is still evaluated by subjective index,while objective indexis relatively scarce.Perfusion index(PI),as a non-invasive and continuous objective parameter index,can reflect peripheral perfusion and vascular tension toguide the early evaluation of regional nerve block.This article reviews the principle of action and influencing factors of PI,as well as the assessment of mechanism and application status of regional nerve block,in order to explore the clinical application value of PI in evaluating the effect of regional nerve block and optimizing perioperative pain management.
