宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of hysteroscopic electrocision and curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的比较宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的效果。方法选取本院就诊的80例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。常规组采用刮宫术治疗,研究组采用宫腔镜下电切术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及子宫内膜厚度。结果研究组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于常规组的75.00%(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、月经恢复时间显著短于常规组;研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于常规组的22.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度小于常规组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术治疗异常子宫出血,能够明显提高治疗效果,改善手术相关指标及子宫内膜厚度,且并发症发生风险较低,值得推广。

Objective To Compare the effectiveness of hysteroscopic electrocision and curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with curettage,while the research group was treated with hysteroscopic resection.The treatment effects,surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05);The surgical time and menstrual recovery time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group;The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,significantly lower than the 22.50%in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was smaller than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrocision for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve surgical related indicators and endometrial thickness,and have a low risk of complications.It is worth promoting.
