宫腔镜下电切术治疗异常子宫出血的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electrocision in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的分析宫腔镜下电切术治疗异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取本院接收的70例异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。常规组采用常规刮宫术治疗,研究组采用宫腔镜下电切术治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果、手术相关指标及月经相关指标。结果研究组总有效率为94.29%,显著高于常规组的77.14%(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间、月经恢复时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组月经来潮前子宫内膜厚度小于常规组,月经量少于常规组,月经经期短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术治疗异常子宫出血,能有效改善患者月经相关指标及手术相关指标,提高临床总有效率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electrocision in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional curettage,while the research group was treated with hysteroscopic resection.The clinical treatment efficacy,surgical related indicators,and menstrual related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the research group was 94.29%,significantly higher than 77.14%in the conventional group(P<0.05);The study group had shorter surgical time,hospital stay,and menstrual recovery time compared to the conventional group,with less intraoperative bleeding compared to the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness before menstruation in the study group was smaller than that in the conventional group,the menstrual volume was lower than that in the conventional group,and the menstrual period was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrocision for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding can effectively improve patients'menstrual and surgical related indicators,improve clinical treatment efficiency,and is worth promoting.
