经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of transvaginal cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical incompetence

目的研究经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的36例宫颈机能不全孕妇为研究对象,根据孕妇意愿及个体情况所选择的不同治疗方式进行分组。对照组16例采用保守治疗,研究组20例采用经阴道宫颈环扎术,比较两组分娩情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组分娩孕周、新生儿体质量大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组胎儿成活率为85.00%,高于对照组的56.25%(P<0.05);研究组绒毛膜羊膜炎、胎膜早破、盆腔感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全,疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of transvaginal cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical incompetence.Methods 36 pregnant women with cervical incompetence admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and different treatment methods were selected according to the wishes and individual circumstances of the pregnant women for grouping.The control group of 16 cases received conservative treatment,while the study group of 20 cases received transvaginal cervical cerclage.The delivery and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The gestational age and neonatal body mass of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The fetal survival rate in the study group was 85.00%,higher than 56.25%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of chorioamnionitis,premature rupture of membranes,and pelvic infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal cervical cerclage is a significant and safe treatment for cervical incompetence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
