CT与MRI检查在卵巢肿瘤中的诊断价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value between CT and MRI in ovarian tumors

目的比较CT与MRI检查在卵巢肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取70例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,以手术病理组织检查结果为金标准,比较CT与MRI检查的诊断价值。结果MRI检查的诊断准确率为97.14%,显著高于CT检查的87.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI检查显示,卵巢巧克力囊肿信号强度不均匀;卵巢囊腺瘤以长T1、T2为主,呈现出高信号特点;成熟型畸胎瘤以T1、T2混合信号多见;卵巢囊腺癌形状缺乏规则性,边界模糊;卵巢单纯囊肿存在多肿块,且边界清晰。结论MRI检查较CT检查诊断卵巢肿瘤的准确率更高,且不同疾病分型的MRI检查影像学特征不同,可为临床疾病诊断、肿瘤性质鉴别提供参考。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in ovarian tumors.Methods 70 patients with ovarian tumors were selected as the study subjects,and the diagnostic value of CT and MRI examinations was compared based on the results of surgical pathological tissue examination as the gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI examination was 97.14%,significantly higher than 87.14%of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MRI examination showed uneven signal intensity of ovarian chocolate cyst;Ovarian cystadenoma is mainly characterized by long T1 and T2,showing high signal intensity;Mature teratomas are more common with mixed T1 and T2 signals;Ovarian cystadenocarcinoma lacks regularity in shape and blurry boundaries;Simple ovarian cysts have multiple masses with clear boundaries.Conclusion MRI examination has a higher accuracy in diagnosing ovarian tumors compared to CT examination,and the imaging features of MRI examination vary depending on the disease type.It can provide reference for clinical disease diagnosis and tumor differentiation.
