摘要
目的探讨临床护理应用于子宫内膜癌的效果。方法选取30例子宫内膜癌患者,随机分为两组,各15例。对照组予以一般护理,观察组予以临床护理,比较两组消极情绪及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理能改善子宫内膜癌患者的消极情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing application on endometrial cancer.Methods 30 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 15 cases.The control group received general care,while the observation group received clinical care.Negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing can improve the negative emotions of endometrial cancer patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting and applying.
